Choosing a disc: Grit CA40/CA60 for high stock removal, CA80 for finer work. Type 27 is a flat disc; Type 29 is an angled/conical disc for edge and contour work. Type 27 “Eco backing” discs (form 27N) use a backing made from 35% regenerated material. Sold in 5-piece packs. Genuine TYROLIT, supplied through Radiac Abrasives.
