Diamond Blades
What diamond blade do I need for concrete cutting?+
For general concrete, a segmented diamond blade works best. For green (fresh) concrete, use an early entry / Soff-Cut blade. For reinforced concrete, choose a premium segmented blade rated for your saw's HP. We carry concrete blades from 4–36 inches. Call 817-367-9101 for a recommendation.
What diamond blade do I need for asphalt cutting?+
Use a blade specifically designed for asphalt — these have a softer bond to wear properly in abrasive material. Blades designed for concrete will wear out extremely fast in asphalt. Browse asphalt blades →
What is an early entry (Soff-Cut) blade?+
An early entry blade is used with a specialized walk-behind saw to cut control joints in green concrete within 1–4 hours of placement — before traditional saws can operate without raveling. This prevents random cracking. Shop early entry blades →
What are rescue cutting blades used for?+
Rescue blades (vacuum-brazed diamond blades) are used by fire departments and first responders to cut through metal, concrete, rebar, glass, and composite materials during emergency extractions. Shop rescue blades →
Do you carry specialty diamond tools like core drills?+
Yes. In addition to saw blades, we stock diamond core drill bits for wet and dry coring in concrete and masonry, and specialty diamond cutting tools for tile, stone, glass, and other hard materials. Not sure what you need? Call 817-367-9101.
What size blade do I need?+
Blade size depends on your saw: 4–5" for angle grinders, 7–9" for handheld cut-off saws, 12–16" for walk-behind saws, 18–36" for large floor saws. Check your machine's arbor size (usually 20mm or 1") for compatibility. Browse all blades or call 817-367-9101.
