Refund policy
We accept returns on most unused items within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
How to start a return
Contact us before shipping anything back. Returns sent to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Include your order number and the reason for the return. If your return is approved, we will send instructions on how and where to send your package. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
Order cancellations
You can cancel an order any time before it ships. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled. At that point it must be handled as a return under this policy, and only if the item is eligible for return.
Non-returnable items
The following cannot be returned:
- Bulk liquids, including drums, pails, and totes
- Welding machines and welding equipment
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and compressed gases
- Any used or partially used product
- Custom-cut, made-to-order, and special-order items
- Sale items and gift cards
Restocking fee
Approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, deducted from your refund. No restocking fee applies to items that are damaged, defective, or shipped in error.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Inspect your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us right away and we will make it right. Diamond blades and other consumable products must be reported within 7 days of receipt.
Manufacturer warranties
Many of the products we sell, including Fronius welding equipment, are covered by a manufacturer's warranty rather than by Buster's Industrial. Our customer support team will help you open a warranty claim and will follow it through with the manufacturer on your behalf.
Warranty decisions are made by the manufacturer, and the manufacturer's determination is final.
Diamond blades are a consumable product and are not warrantied against normal wear.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original, if it is eligible, and place a new order.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know whether the refund was approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post it. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at warehouse@bustersindustrial.com.
